disappointed
Im still waiting, almost 3 weeks after ordering. USPS says package is somewhere in St louis. Beyond that, they do not know. As the recipient, I cannot initiate a missing package claim. That has to be done by the shipper. Despite several Emails and voice mails, O cannot get anyone to call me back. The emails I HAVE received essentially told me to look into it with USPS, which I have done as far as I can. I'm incredibly disappointed in their "customer service." I fully understand that once the package is in USPS control, they have none, BUT they could at least return my call or make some attempt to initiate thr lost package claim

Quality product. Unfortunately, the choke and throttle are backwards for my application. I think if I flip it 180, the choke will work but will have to rig up a cable and pulley to get the throttle to work.
