Wish I could give zero...
Beware: This company has STILL not responded after I did not recieve my item and told me to contact Amazon instead since they shipped it. I spent almost $500 on a new camshaft kit for a vehicle I needed on the road- and saw some good reviews but now think thwy were bullshit... Mad Hornet lazily updated the shipping status, does not have a customer service process and responded via email slowly- I only found out the item was delivered after asking. Amazon's customer service told me to go back and contact Mad Hornet because they were the party that ordered the item and I had no order number for Amazon to recognize. I still have no resolution to this issue. Please beware and find your products elsewhere. If you work for Mad Hornets and are reading this, I need my money back you assholes!
