Never...
I needed a carb for my CMX250C Honda motorcycle. I found a carb on the Mad Hornet site that looked identical in the picture, and was for a Honda CBX250CC. I ordered it. I received an Email that it was awaiting shipment. That day, while waiting, I discovered that while it looked the same, it would not fit onto my bike because of a difference in the mounting flange. I notified Mad Hornet the next day by phone msg and Email to cancel the order, and if they couldn’t provide the correct carb, to refund. There was no response, and then a day or so later, I received another Email stating “order shipped”. I tried more calling, more Email, calling again, but calls went to voicemail, where I left repeated messages, and Emails were not responded to. I received the incorrect carb, and Emailed a return request, which was responded to as “pending”. And now this request for a review. WTF?! Still no return label, or contact re: the return. Am still waiting for a response as to where and how to return this part. Customer service: 0 out of 10.

my problem is the carb , looks great and is built well, But I made a mistake and this particular model does not fit an older honda rebel. Intake ports larger Not rreturning the item since it is MY fault. Thanks Cliff
