It doesn't work it seems like the needle valve is funky, it's not letting the bowl fill

A good carb out of the...
The carb looked great and fit the car great. Also ran a lot better than it did with the old carb, but the new carb did have some issues. It was missing a check ball straight out of the package and the hole for the fuel line was not tapped all the way. Maybe only had three threads! I had to tap the rest myself. But other then that no issues.
