Shipping...
No way to track prepaid USPS shipping envelope. After ten days of not receiving my package I did receive a refund. There is a reason that the USPS is so cheap and that is because their service is so terrible. Issues with the customer service Dept. were that the only way to communicate with them was via texting on West Coast time only and I am on the East Coast. If not for the fact that whoever I was texting with was so understanding (After I explained it was not my problem to find their lost package since there was not a way to track it) I would have left a lesser review.
