Poor Customer...
I ordered a part for my bike that wasn’t what I thought I needed. I tried to return it but Mad Hornet has a return policy from the 1980’s. They wanted me to pay for shipping the item back (which was sent from China) and pay a whopping 30% restocking fee! That is utterly ridiculous. They actually suggested I just re-sell the item. Never again. No wonder Mad Hornet has a BBB rating of F.
