Ibex 450 skid...
The plate is only 3mm not 4 like the OEM. Also, the supplied hardware doesn’t fit as it should. Save you money and buy a better plate. Now I have a $100 piece of scrap.

Poor Communication and Inflexible...
Ordered a CFMoto skid plate on July 12th for a trip departing July 26th. Unfortunately, the experience didn't go smoothly. What Happened: Took over a week to get any tracking information despite requests. When it became clear the part wouldn't arrive before my departure date, I requested cancellation on July 22nd. Company declined to cancel, citing that the item was already shipped. Part finally arrived July 29th, three days after I'd left for my trip. Customer Service Response: The representative offered several discount percentages to compensate, but discounts don't solve timing issues. When I explained the late delivery made the product unusable for its intended purpose, they referenced their return policy with restocking fees rather than working toward a reasonable solution. The Result: Had to work with my credit card company to resolve the situation since the merchant wouldn't accommodate a return without fees, despite the delivery timing issue. Overall: The product itself may be fine, but the combination of slow shipping, limited tracking communication, and inflexible policies when delivery problems arise makes this a risky choice if you have time-sensitive needs. Consider ordering well in advance or choosing a vendor with more reliable delivery timelines if you're working with deadlines. Would I order again? No, mainly due to the service experience rather than product quality.
