Awful...
I ordered the wrong parts by mistake and attempted multiple times to contact the company to cancel and they shipped the order out anyway then provided a response about their return policy. Will NEVER do business with this company again

Terrible Customer...
The Items are still in the box they came in. No use to me. I ordered the wrong part because buy the title of the product description on your page it looked like the parts I needed. After watching an install video I realized that I had ordered the wrong parts. When to your website to verify. I tried to contact you several different ways. Email, voicemail, text and through your web page asking to cancel the order. No replay until 12 hours later when tell me it's to late to cancel because it's been shipped. All I wanted to do was reorder the part I needed from you guys, which was twice the cost of what I ordered in the first order. You shipped knowing you was going to charge me a 30% restocking fee to return, Which is ridiculous. Before I placed my order I seen several bad reviews about your customer service. I should have listen to them and not ordered from Mad Hornet. I will also be blasting you on my social media and very large Jeep groups that I am in. Hopefully I can save someone else from this aggravation.

I found out that I do not like the refund status. If you have to return something they charge a 30% restocking fee and you gotta pay for the shipping yourself. Very unsatisfied.

I received the wrong parts and now it seems like no one wants to help me. They are trying to say I purchased parts for a 2011-2015 my vehicle is a 2020 jeep grand Cherokee and all of my receipts say that’s what I ordered. Just take accountability for your mistake and make it right. They also tried to offer a 10% discount refund. What is that going to help?

After replacing cams and in an engine that had run just fine but had a tick as they do the engine developed a low idle. After pulling the top end back apart it was discovered the new cams were out of spec do not but wait for oe

I strongly advise people to stay away from this company. I purchased a camshaft from Mad Hornets, and it turned out to be defective. My mechanic confirmed the issue and had to use a different camshaft. I even provided a photo of the receipt from the shop, clearly stating the part was faulty. When I reached out to Mad Hornets for a refund, they asked for documentation—which I promptly provided. After that, they completely ignored me. No follow-up, no resolution, no refund. Just silence. The product was bad, but the customer service was even worse. In times like these, when every dollar counts, you’d hope a company would stand behind what they sell. Unfortunately, that’s not the case here. This is just bad business and shows a complete lack of ethics. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
