The Sloppy Stage 2 Camshaft is a cam with a fairly aggressive profile. It will have a nice Lopey Idle and make tons of power all while keeping costs low. This cam is a great choice for those daily drivers that like a nice Lopey/Choppy idle. Great for Cars, Trucks, SUV's, Street Rods, and LS Swaps. There is no hiding this cam as will will have a muscle car sounds to it. Everyone will take note of this street warrior. Automatic's will perform best with a 2,600-2,800 Stall Converter.

Bought this kit on a whim to throw a junkyard motor together that deserved nothing more, did my research and wanted to go with a sloppy cam, couldn’t find any information on this one but was to much of a bang for the buck, have bought several btr kits and let me tell you there gaskets, and lifters that are stupid expensive are the EXACT same thing as there I was impressed by the quality. The timing set is a little cheesy and I can’t force myself to trust the oil pump but cam lifters gaskets pushrods and valve springs are toleranced to spec and very good quality. The cam has great bearing tolerance aswell as length I’ve seen some cheap cams have timing cover issues this fit great and had no blemish or machining faults. The lifters are definitely ls7 pushrods are the same as any superior brand it truly is a full kit. Even if you just used a few things out of it still cheaper than anywhere else. I suggest for piece of mind NOT running the chain or pump but do not fear the lifters or anything else I will update once it’s running in the truck but wow I am impressed. The hardware is questionable all bolts are the same length but I never understood the factory mislengthed hardware they are tru 10.8 grade and torqued to yield no issue. I am excited was worried it was a scam but let me tell you it got here fast if you order during a business week had the faith to put it in an lq9 6.0 and buy supporting mods just do it right the wrong way and be impressed and content spending a quarter of what ur buddy’s did to gap that booty remember the words wholesale and quit trusting the big names there all slinging the same products rebranded calling them there own I had the faith to put a 3200 stall behind it and throw it in my daily you should too.
