Wrong LED Grille...
I’m extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The product I received (TRD Pro Grill Grille LED Lights for 2020 Toyota Tacoma – PT228-35170) had serious issues with fitment and hardware. The included screws were either the wrong size or too short, and installation was not possible without sourcing my own parts. I reached out to your customer service team for support and received either no response or completely unhelpful replies. There was no effort to resolve the issue or offer a solution. A company is judged not just by its products, but by how it handles problems. In this case, the lack of accountability and support was unacceptable. I will not be purchasing from Mad Hornets again, and I will be advising others to do the same unless major improvements are made. I hope you take this feedback seriously and invest in improving both your product quality control and your customer service.

Tacoma raptor light replacement.
Bought the TRD grille a few years ago. Loved it but the first light finally just burnt out after running them constantly. Loved the lights. Love the grille.
